It is still the belief of many people that the conveyancing process has to take weeks to complete.  This is not the case and is merely something we, as consumers, have come to accept.

In the technological world in which we live, conveyancing does not have to take weeks.  There is absolutely no reason why documents and information cannot be transferred at the press of a button, with the paper trail to follow.  Providing the funds are available, there is nothing to stop property transactions being completed within hours.  All you need are like minded solicitors, each working to the same goal which is to provide the consumer with the service they expect and 100% commitment at all times.  I know this service can be delivered as I have done this on many occasions. 

There are various costs for conveyancing services on the market and whilst I do not expect you to pay a kings ransom for your conveyancing, I do believe that the ridiculously low conveyancing fees which you are tempted with, do not represent value for money and in my view can mean that you are taking an unnecessary risk. The fees you will be charged by our Solicitors are transparent, very fair and reasonable and adequate for your Solicitor to fully commit to your case.  I believe that there should be an interaction between you and your Solicitor so that he or she can understand what your needs and objectives are.
