  1. If your property is Leasehold then we reserve the right to charge an additional £100.00 plus VAT for dealing with the Freeholder / Management Agents who may also charge you for providing documents and information relating to your property.

This is assuming that the property is Freehold.

  1. If your are purchasing a Leasehold property then we reserve the right to charge you an additional £100.00 plus VAT for dealing with the Freeholders / Management Agents who may also charge you registration fees.
  2. Depending on the type or location of the property you may require additional Searches for example Coal Mining, Chancel Check, Environmental Search which you will be required to pay in addition to the fees quoted above.
  3. You would be required to pay Stamp Duty on purchases over and above £125,000.00. If you are a First Time Buyers purchasing a property worth £250,000.00 or less you will pay no stamp duty. This relief will continue until March 2012.
